Jenny Claesson is head of production at Flodafors Lego. This gives her responsibility for the production flow and for ensuring that customers get their deliveries on time, as well as for human resources. “Everyone is involved and aware of the demands that we face. It’s the commitment of our staff that allows us to maintain our high level of quality,” explains Jenny. “The workforce is hugely experienced and extremely skilled.” Flodafors Lego always keeps its focus on the customer. The service level is already high, but Jenny wants to take it to another level. “We’ll be further improving the flow of work in a way that will benefit our customers,” she announces. “That is particularly important since Flodafors’ customers are in fields such as medical technology, lighting, the marine industry, musical instruments, the automotive industry, forest machinery and time reporting systems. All of these demand quality and reliability of deliveries.”
